Jack Black is an all-around good guy. He’s funny, he can dance, he rocks hard in Tenacious D, and he also makes time for his fans.

On Saturday (October 8), the rockstar sang a classic School of Rock song for a teen in palliative care at TrinityKids Care in Los Angeles.

The meeting with 15-year old Abraham, who has a rare disease called Pearson syndrome, happened at the Layla Paige and Friends Walk for TrinityKids Care, a fundraising event hosted by Black for the pediatric hospice. The video was captured by Abraham’s mom.

One thing’s for sure – “you’re not hardcore unless you live hardcore.”
