The Toronto International Boat Show is coming to The Enercare Centre January 18-27, 2019

It’s North America’s largest indoor Boat Show!

Featuring The world’s largest indoor lake for boaters where novice and experienced boaters can experience FREE boat rides; canoes, kayaks and pedal boats and more!

The Lake also features the spectacular Winter Wake Fest show, packed with pro wakeboard/wakeskate riders, Stand UP Paddle Board races, and more

Many boaters may have seen Royal Canadian Air Force CH-146 Griffon Search and Rescue (SAR) helicopters flying overhead as they operate near Toronto, over the Great Lakes and other parts of Ontario, but an up close and personal experience with the women and men who operate these helicopters is something you don’t want to miss!!  One of the RCAF’s primary SAR mandates includes response to marine incidents on  waterways under federal jurisdiction.  Come talk to the pilots, flight engineers and Search and Rescue Technicians of 424 Transport and Rescue Squadron and members of Joint Rescue Coordination Centre Trenton to learn more about the Royal Canadian Air Force’s preparedness for aeronautical and marine SAR missions and what boaters can do to prevent SAR callouts.

Providing a fish-eye’s view of how fish react to different lures and techniques, our 40-foot long aquarium is filled with 5,000 gallons of water and stocked with native Ontario marine life.

Daily seminars demonstrate how different fish react to different types of bait, step-by-step casting methods, and the latest tips on how to catch “the big one”!
