About Partners in Mission Food Bank:

Our Mission: To provide nourishment and hope to those we serve, and an opportunity for our community to share.

Monetary and food donations help us to nourish local families by providing groceries through our food hamper program. Being the food distribution centre for this area, we also donate surplus provisions to 16 local hot meal and shelter programs in the Kingston area.

Partners in Mission Food Bank provides fresh milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables in every grocery hamper.

Also always provided: canned soup, canned vegetables, pasta, pasta sauce, canned pasta, peanut butter, tuna, cereal, crackers, beans, rice, stew and diced tomatoes.

Other donated produce, bread and desserts will be available each day for the service user to choose from depending on donations collected daily.

Occasionally we provide meat products donated from local businesses and organizations.

Baby supplies such as diapers, potty training pants, baby wipes, food, pablum and formula are also often available upon request.

Quite often we have pet food available from various donors. Service users in need of pet food are requested to inquire at the time of their scheduled grocery hamper appointment date.
