GovFest Battle of the Bands 2018

Details

The Public Service Battle of The Bands: Musical acts will compete at the “Battles Stages” and “Knock-out Rounds” across Ontario from November 1st to November 30th. Musicians will perform on fully equipped stages for your votes for the highly-prized “Judge’s Choice” and “Crowd’s Choice” awards.

The evenings represent a great time to connect with colleagues while seeing the best in music and stage performances. There will be approximately 5 to 8 bands per stage per night. Some limited speeches and opening remarks will start the itinerary. Then the show begins!

During the contest, each band gets 30 minutes (6-7 songs) play time. Vote for your favorite band at the venue. Votes are tallied at the events and the highest voted band advances to the Knockout Round or Grand Finale Showcase.

Ticket: $20 Advance or $25 at the door

BLU Martini is offering a 15% discount, so come for a delicious meal before the show.

There will be also exciting door prizes to be won.

A full night of music from from 7:00pm to 1:00am.
