Please join the Kingston Chamber Choir with guest artist The Limestone Ringers, a handbell choir directed by Janet McDonald, as we present cantata #4, Christ lag in Todesbanden (Christ lay in Death’s bonds) by Johann Sebastian Bach. It is one of Bach’s earliest cantatas and it’s a chorale cantata meaning that it’s based on a Lutheran hymn.
