A tribute to Neil Peart has been planned for this spring.

The Peart family has teamed up with charity, Overtime Angels for a tribute to the late Rush drummer.

The event, which will take place in Peart’s hometown, St. Catharines, Ontario will feature “a wide array of production professionals, world-class musicians, and guest speakers.”

“We are grateful for the team that Overtime Angels is assembling. We are especially pleased to be able to support this charity event that will benefit some much-needed organizations that are close to our hearts,” explain Peart’s parents.

Proceeds from the benefit will also go to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Juravinski Hospital & Cancer Centre, Walker Cancer Centre and St. Catharines Hospital.

While the lineup of artists and speakers has yet to be released, “A Night For Neil” will take place on May 16 at the Meridian Centre.
