CharlieHi, I’m Charlie! I’ve been described by some of my favourite shelter staff as being spunky and energetic. I think I would agree with them! My ideal home would be active, experienced and mature, with children over 16 only. As I’m a Shih Tzu mix, I will benefit from regular grooming.
