General Contest Rules & Regulations
1) You can’t win the same prize from the same contest.
2) You can only qualify once for each prize where there is a draw unless the specific contest rules state otherwise.
3) When the contest requires you to fill out a ballot or entry form, only one ballot per person unless the specific contest rules state otherwise.
4) If you work for, live with or are a direct relative of any employee of the Radio Group, or any subsidiaries of Rogers you are ineligible for any contesting.
5) Prizes not redeemed/picked up within 30 days remains the property of K-Rock 105.7


Prize Pick-up Questions
Q) Where do I pick up my prize?
A) All prizes are available to be picked up at K-Rock 105.7 studio.

Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.  We are closed on all Holidays.

Q) How do I claim my prize?
A) You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID (driver's license or birth certificate) before prizes may be released.

Q) Can someone else claim my prize?
A) Yes, But they must follow these rules.
- If you want someone else to pick up your prize, they must come with a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID(driver's license or birth certificate).
- The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number.
- Please note the prize that you won and the date of winning. 
- Please make a courtesy call to the K-Rock 105.7 switchboard (549-1057) to confirm that you will be sending someone BEFORE picking up you prize.

Q) Can I win more than once in 30 days?
A) YES, But you can’t win the same prize from the same contest and you can only qualify once for each prize where there is a draw unless the specific contest rules state otherwise.

NOTE:
- Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases, ie. trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner's behalf.

- All prizes are non-transferrable, non-refundable and have no cash value and must be claimed within 30 days.  There will be no substitutions.
