The province says it will continue to reward hospitals with cash if they cut waiting times in their emergency rooms.  Kingston and the Islands MPP John Gerretsen announced Kingston General Hospital will get 673 thousand dollars from the province.  KGH managed to reduce its wait times in the E-R by 25% last year.
