June 21: Warehouse Wednesdays

Every Wednesday up until July 26 between the hours of 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event will be held at the Kingston Symphony Warehouse, located at 785 Sir John A. Macdonald Boulevard, Unit 7A. Declutter your homes, clear out those cupboards and attics, and donate items to Warehouse Wednesdays
The Kingston Symphony’s Volunteer Committee will be accepting donations for all of their fall sales including the Vinyl Records Sale, the Fall Book Fair, the Nearly New Sale, and All Things Christmas! From all genres and types of vinyl records to CDs and DVDs, from clothing and knick-knacks to Christmas Sweaters and ornaments; we want what you’ve got. So clear out those garages, go through that old box of collectibles in your basement, pack up those clothes you never wear, and put your clutter to good use!
The donations received throughout Warehouse Wednesdays will be used for the Volunteer Committee of the Kingston Symphony’s fundraiser sales. These sales are always big hits and their success is only possible thanks to the generosity of the Kingston community. The fundraising sales run by the Volunteer Committee support the work of the Kingston Symphony Association and provide financial awards to youth studying music in the Kingston region.

Affordable! Annual Family Membership $30, Annual Individual Membership $25, Day Membership $10
Class Fees $5/class OR $40 and enter as many classes as you like.

June 24: Storrington Lions Hall Fundraiser

From 12-5 pm at the Storrington Lions Hall (2992 Princess Rd, Sunbury).
This event is a charity event to raise funds for the Lions Hall Renovations; the hall is in rough shape and needs some serious upgrades to continue to meet the needs of our community.
At the event we will have a local country music band (Beggar’s Canyon), free face painting provided by Face It Transformations, cash bar and cash BBQ (BBQ from 1-5), and raffle baskets, also Lily the fairy will be providing entertain from 12:30-1:30, and 30+ locals small business owners setting up vendor tables (direct sales and crafters). 100% of the proceeds from the BBQ, bar, and raffles is going to the Lions Club.
