On Tuesday, November 10th Blue Rodeo will release "The Things We Left Behind", the band’s 12th studio recording.  With 16 songs spread over two discs the new album is the band’s most ambitious recording yet.  The album will be available in a number of different configurations including two CDs, double vinyl and a special iTunes LP, a digital package that will include interactive album notes, exclusive photos of the band and portraits of their most prized instruments, a song by song commentary from Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor and a special acoustic performance of four new songs from the album.

George Thorogood and The Destroyers are returning to the K-Rock Centre on May 30.

While many bands change sounds as the music scene evolves, George Thorogood and the Destroyers stay the course. They know who they are and they’re out to tell the world about it. Faithful to their blues roots, they’ve continued to play the rough and tough sounds that draw from the influences of John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters and Howlin Wolf. With nearly 30 years of performing when the band rocks in concert, there’s a lively chemistry that’s instantly identifiable.
