RULES REGULATIONS “Roger’s Wireless Sizzlin Summer Six Pack”

1. Canadian residents, 16 years of age or older, may enter. Except employees and immediate family members and/or persons domiciled with an employee of CIKR (“K-Rock 105.7”), Rogers Wireless Express (Kingston locations), Cartronics your authorized BRP dealer in Napanee, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited (Cataraqui Town Centre) and Rogers Broadcasting Limited.

2. Listeners under the age of 16 may qualify but must have a legal guardian represent them in the grand prize event.

3. The contest period takes place Weekdays from 28th – September 17th, 2010

4. Contestants will be encouraged to listen for the Roger’s Wireless Sizzlin Summer Six Pack on K-Rock 105.7.

5. Staring Monday June 28th and concluding on Friday September 17th 2010, K-Rock will feature a Roger’s Wireless Sizzlin Summer Six Pack three times daily (9:20am - 1:20pm - 5:20pm). Be the first to correctly identify all six songs, in order, and you’ll instantly win a $25 gift card to the Cataraqui Town Centre and qualify to win one of three prizes from Cartronics (a Sea-Doo GTI 130, a Can-Am 500 Renegade ATV or a 600 MXZ Ski-Doo).

6. In order to claim his/her prize, winner MUST present proper photo ID (example: drivers licence, health card, passport etc.)

7. Each entrant will only be eligible to qualify once for the Grand Prize.

8. The Grand Prize Draw Event will take place at Cataraqui Town Centre (945 Gardiner Road Kingston, Ontario) on September 19th, 2010.

 
9. All “Official Qualifiers” (or their designated proxies) must be in attendance at the Grand Prize Event in order to be eligible to win the Grand Prize.  All “Official Qualifiers” will be required to register with contest officials upon arrival at the event, by a specified time to be determined on your invitation or by phone.  Failure to officially register at the event by the pre-determined time may result in disqualification from the contest.

10. Any “Official Qualifier” who cannot attend the Grand Prize Draw Event must notify contest officials in advance, in writing, with the name of their designated proxy who will participate on their behalf.  Failure to notify contest officials by the pre-determined date and time will result in disqualification from the contest.  Deadline for proxy notification is Friday, September 17th, 2010 at Noon (12:00pm).

11. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions for, or transfer of the Grand Prize will be allowed and the Grand Prize is not convertible to cash.

12. Contestants winning a prize, forfeiting their right to enter another K-Rock 105.7 mail in, phone in, fax in or on-line major contest for the period of 30 days. 

13. All sponsors affiliated with this promotion (Kingston's K-Rock 105.7, Rogers Broadcasting Limited,  Rogers Wireless Express, Cartronics and The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited (Cataraqui Town Centre), are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, sickness, injuries, loss of possessions, damage to possessions or property, or loss of life incurred at anytime before, during or after receiving their prize. K-Rock 105.7 is also not responsible for any delays or difficulties with Canada Post, phone, fax, and internet lines nor is it responsible for any lost or misdirected entries.

14. Prize must be accepted as offered. No substitutions or rainchecks can be requested. Prizes are non-transferable. K-Rock 105.7 and all its affiliated sponsors in this promotion have the right to substitute prizes with those of equal value due to circumstances beyond its control. K-Rock 105.7 and all its’ affiliated sponsors in this promotion reserve the right to determine the length of time from which winners will receive their prizes.

15. Chances of winning depend upon the total number of “Official Qualifiers” registered and in attendance at the Grand Prize Event draw.
 

16. Valid picture I.D. must be shown prior to the Grand Prize being awarded.
 

17. Decisions of the Contest Officials are final in all cases. The contest judges may or may not act reasonably as they see fit.
 

18. By entering this contest you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them.
 

19. Winners must allow their names and photographs to be used for promotional purposes without further compensation.

20. K-Rock 105.7 reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Should amendments take place, K-Rock 105.7 will immediately make every effort to print the new rules within 72 hours of when the amendments take place.  K-Rock 1057 assumes no responsibility for printing delays of amended rules, should it be the case. All entries become the property of K-Rock 105.7 and shall in no case be returned to the sender.

21. Subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, these rules govern all aspects of this contest and are binding upon all entrants. Any decision made by K-Rock 105.7 and/or the independent contest judging organization in respect to this contest shall be final. Should circumstances beyond K-Rock 105.7 and all its’ affiliated sponsors in this promotion’s control force cancellation of the promotion, this contest automatically ends. K-Rock 105.7 and all its’ affiliated sponsors in this promotion assume no responsibility for any delays or cancellation of this promotion.
