In the morning of December 21st 2008, the suspect was at Labels in the 1000 Islands Mall; when he opened his jacket and exposed his genitals to a female employee.

On January 26th, just before 10:00 p.m., while outside Kelsey's Restaurant, he flashed himself to customers, before leaving in a dark coloured, newer car, possibly a Ford. 

On February 1st, a female was in a lot on King Street West when a silver four-door car slowly drove past.  The driver was exposing himself and masturbating.  Two letters in the licence plate are thought to be: "AB". 

At 6:30 p.m. on February16th, the suspect was exposing himself and masturbating while driving on a private road between two north-end businesses.  He was operating a Ford Escape, black with gray mouldings.

The suspect is believed to be in his twenties or thirties, 5’ 10” tall, 170-180 pounds, blue eyes and usually wears a hat, darker clothing and has worn combat-style boots.
