Distracted Driving

Kingston Police Constable Steve Koopman is known for his Twitter feed where he explains what’s going on during his shift.  Koopman was on duty this weekend and posted a couple of tweets about distracted drivers that may get you thinking twice about reaching for that hand held device when you’re driving.

Koopman charged one man for texting at a stop light…then posted he had been charged for the same thing three years ago.  Another person was charged for changing the tunes on their cell phone while they’re were holding it and driving.
