Looking to rescue a cat? Like REALLY rescue a cat? Joe is a real cat’s cat. He loves you when you do what he loves. Ear scratches, back rubs, and shoulder massages are the real deal for him. Chin scratches are not his thing, at all. Nor are nail trims, so we’ve learned. He’s a persnickty feline, for sure, when it comes to his preferential petting style. But he’s not suitable as a barn cat. He’s too much of a baby. He is a delight to be around, seeking affection when he wants it and following you around like a lost kitten. If you need someone to boss you around at home, drop by the shelter and meet with Joe. He is currently enjoying shelter life in a staff office, as this cutie isn’t a fan of condo-kennel living.
