“Aren’t you a good citizen?”

I love this police officer. He doesn’t want to work hard. He wants to work smart. Smart as in, “hey that guy is closer to the suspect, why can’t he grab her?”. I’m not sure how it ended but I feel confident saying the police officer didn’t catch up to the suspect at that brisk pace.

Why am I somewhat reminded of Cheif Wiggum?

Even if the officer is out of shape, in my opinion they shouldn’t be asking a citizen to intervene in police business. Aren’t you a good cop?

So which is it? Bad citizen? Or lazy cop?
