Lyric

Are you looking for a feline companion that would love to cuddle with you? Lyric may be the boy for you! This sweet soul was surrendered to the shelter when he didn’t get along with the new cat. He hopes that his forever home won’t have any other feline pals. He is a very affectionate cat when it comes to humans, enjoying all of the attention. Lyric is a unique fellow displaying a cataract-like spot on his eye. The vet suspects it was due to an old injury, but adopters may want to consult an ophthalmologist in the future. Lyric currently is happy and comfortable with his eye not requiring any medications at this time, but may need to in the future. Lyric is therefore looking for someone willing work with their regular veterinarian, or build a relationship with one to monitor for any changes to his eye. He wishes that he will catch an adopter’s eye and he’ll be whisked away in a heartbeat. He doesn’t “show” the greatest in a shelter environment but once settled in his new home he will be a happy go lucky feline pal. Does Lyric fit your lifestyle and home life? Then drop by the shelter to meet this handsome boy! Lyric is part of our Special Needs adoption program, which means his adoption fee is reduced!
